I think you should make a project out of developing a prosthetic tail for it........and name it "Stubby"
Hahaha a little mini tail like in "dolphin tail" that would be hilarious! Though I doubt I'd make much money seeing that I doubt many people are as crazy as I am about keeping injured fish.
I wanted to give you guys an update on my firemouth friend. He officially has free roam of the 37 gallon tank now that the Salvini is removed. He's swimming around with no problems at all. Here's a photo of the progress from last night before the upgrade. Love the little gill flare! Not sure why none of his colors are as vibrant on here. On my phone is shows all of his blues and reds speckled everywhere. Take my word for it, he's showing off and feeling good!

Yes it has! Hopefully that means he'll actually get a tail instead of a stub to live with.

that's good !! I had a sev that got fin rot after a beating it took ,, LOST 1/2 IT'S TAIL... they grow back pretty fast !
Yeah, a friend of mine had a ram with a tail like that. It grew back over a few months and he's just like he was when he got him.
