As far as the house we had to jack hammer out the garage floor because is was only 4" thick and 2000 psi concrete and pour 8" of 5000psi concrete. The wall that the tank sits in is load bearing so we tripled laminate beams creating a new header to run the distance of the room, .

That's some serious construction.

I also like the poker table. What a room for some good old fashioned cut throat Hold'em!!! 2 of my favorite addictions, Fish and Hold'em. I bet the REAL fish will be sitting @ the table, if ya know what I mean.
