Congrats on getting a pair, its quite a feat. I've had the pleasure of having 2 breeding pairs of O's and they are so fun to watch go threw the process. Unless you really enjoy little pigs and piglets eating your wallet away I'd start leaving spawns in the main tank till free swimming. This will slow your pair down enough you can grow out and sell what you already have. After I sold my last pair I still had over 500 O's to sell off.
Also expect your survival rates to improve. 200+ survivors/spawn were not uncommon at all in my experience.
Its hard to say what you will get for them. My LFS took all mine for $2 each which left them lots of room for profit. It also got me lots of store credit that I still haven't used up yet.
