Fish creation vs. Fish evolution?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Sort of off topic but I have heard many people disparage beliefs such as evolution as being "only a theory", apparently not realizing that science allows for the updating of information and that a theory is just the best explanation that fit the facts as known up to this time. Gravity is a theory but if you stand in the open and quicky pick up both feet at the same time you will probably fall down no matter how much faith you have that you can fly. One good definition of a theory is a guess strongly supported by observation. One definition of faith is an unsupported guess that you hope like hell is true.
Another difference between science and faith is that science invites inquiry and demands repeatable observations while faith demands unquestioning belief.

Studies have statistically shown that threads about evolution get 87% more posts than average threads.

so the new species being discovered today are kinda like easter eggs????

I like Cadbury eggs. They never seem to hatch, even if I incubate them until Christmas!

I believe that evolution is obviously apparent, but not on the grand scale that is suggested. I believe that GOD constantly improves on his great creations.

The key words in this thread are "I BELIEVE".
