so I was at a pet store about an hour from where I live, best fish department in SE Idaho, and a couple of cheerleader looking high school girls walked over to the goldfish tank and asked a worker if they had any dead fish. The worker of course replied that they didn't have any as the fish section is maintained rather well, not even any dying fish at all. The girls then asked the worker how to KILL fish. Apparently, one of them had been asked by a boy to a high school homecoming with a dead badger and she was going to get him back with dead fish. I asked her if the boy had killed the badger himself and the girl said that fish don't have feelings so what's the point? The worker sold the fish to them because they would just be feeders anyway and, to a store, a couple bucks is a couple bucks. when I went to highschool I never used dead animals, i just asked if someone wanted to go to the dance with me and that worked just fine. things sure have changed. just thought I'd share this story with everyone.

So this is what's going on out in Idaho......

whoever says a fish has no feelings has never kept oscars

sorry to have offended you mr OP.

but for some reason the dead badger is a little more interesting than the fish side of the story. maybe it's just me.

mr. OP? I'm sure the dead badger was just roadkill. it was just crazy that these girls came in with the intent to kill fish. I guess technically that I would have just used the fish as feeders but it somehow seems different...

Hey,i'm from idaho too, don't generalize people. I think i've passed through twin falls, can't remeber,is it near that water fall and the pyrine bridge?

It's like that nirvana song "something in the way" where kurt cobain says "It's okay to eat fish, cause they haven't any feelings" only more hick like cause you're from idaho:)
