and california has more cows than wisconsin. so what? doesn't change anything. i'm done with this.

next time i hear a story involving a dead badger, i'm gonna think of idaho. i apologize ahead of time for any heartbreak that this may cause.

Well here's a better one. We of course have jack rabbits ,well apparently in like 1982 we had such a huge population surge of them, they let school children out early in someplaces to round them up and beat them to death with sticks.

How did this go from a question of morality in general to a flame fest based on where one lives? To answer smpage, no it is not all right to kill a living creature on a whim or as a meaningless gesture. And that fact shouldn't change, where ever you are from.

That is fact!

Dont get offended by the term "Hick" they tend to be nicer than city folk. If a guy gave a chick a dead badger (well insert rat there or some other subway dweller cause I dont think we have badgers close to here maybe opossums) he would have a lawsuit and possibly a rape charge instead of a date to the dance and a dead fish on his desk.

Anyway I think we as Americans dont value life as much as we should and it is a shame.

sorry to sidetrack, but i was in bootcamp with a girl from idaho. she claims she never saw a person of color (she was white) and that when she took her physical exam to enter the military she met her first black woman. she actually took a picture of the woman and was very excited. i dont know why but that story has stuck with me! so thats what i think of when i hear idaho

so I was at a pet store about an hour from where I live, best fish department in SE Idaho, and a couple of cheerleader looking high school girls walked over to the goldfish tank and asked a worker if they had any dead fish. The worker of course replied that they didn't have any as the fish section is maintained rather well, not even any dying fish at all. The girls then asked the worker how to KILL fish. Apparently, one of them had been asked by a boy to a high school homecoming with a dead badger and she was going to get him back with dead fish. I asked her if the boy had killed the badger himself and the girl said that fish don't have feelings so what's the point? The worker sold the fish to them because they would just be feeders anyway and, to a store, a couple bucks is a couple bucks. when I went to highschool I never used dead animals, i just asked if someone wanted to go to the dance with me and that worked just fine. things sure have changed. just thought I'd share this story with everyone.

romantic...

It's true we don't have alot of black people,it's always a nice surprise to see one lol. I do see black people though i go to school with them so they aren't to rare. We have all sorts of races and cultures here.

Whitaho is farther north.
