I've ordered fish from both Jeff Rapps and Ken Davis.... both have quality fish as previously mentioned! I typically resist the temptation to just order one or two fish strictly because of shipping costs so when I do order, I order several! With that said... it's typically from Rapps because he seems to have more of what I'm looking for and variations in size. For me the decision is strictly based on who has what.... when I decide to order.

dk66gt & TheOscarGuy.... those are both BEAUTIFUL Trimacs... you guys are the reason why I ordered a pair (from Rapps though)!

I know the breeding pair of Trimacs Rapps has are new to his facility, so Trimacs bought from him now will be of a different bloodline than those bought a year or more ago... I'm not saying that is a bad thing, just something I happen to be aware of...

Ken has a very impressive breeding pair of Trimacs. I've yet to see them in person, but their pics make them look great. I am not sure how long Ken has had his pair...

Ick, before you order your fish, you might want to post on our local forum (link was sent via PM) and see if anyone else wants in on your order. This is a great way to cut your shipping costs. A lot of people areound here are commonly eyeballing both of these stocklists...

By the way, I have also had successful orders from Jeff Rapps, just no pics.
When I received these breidori from Ken they were @ 2"-3", and the intermedim were a little larger. The breidori are @ 5"-6" now, a year later.

And nice looking trimacs and festae throughout this post.

Jeff Rapps and Ken Davis get a lot of their fish from the same places. It's not like Jeff goes out and hand collects any of his fish, neither does Ken. People just talk Jeff Rapps up more because he's a bigger seller. You decide who you want to buy from but you already know what I'm going to say.. Save yourself the money.

Well Ken does. He is collecting now.

Go with who ever offers you the best deal.
