How anout maggots fir young and small fish?

Has anyone ever fed alligator to their fish? I saw some for sale at the store the other day.

Gator fillet might be cheap in some areas but it is rather expensive around here.It is nearly twenty bucks a pound....nice occasional sub for chicen tenders though, for human consumption.

I remember someone on here had a pleco over 3 feet long that ate 1/4 of a pumpkin each sitting so... pumpkin!

Do you know his name as never seen a pleco that big

It was one of the mods here. Most likely it was an adonis or something else. Look up 3 foot pleco on Google and go to images, you'll find it.

Maggots can be ok.
