Fish for 120 Gallon

My female Gold Severum is usually out in the center of my tank swimming around patrolling the tank. Totally noticeable, she's the centerpiece of my tank.

well i just got an order form in.
sometime this week im going to go purchase 100 lbs of gravel.

it has a UGF.
im going with natural gravel.
would it be okay to get different sizes.
ranging from normal pebble size to 1/2 or 3/4 inch?

awesome gold severum. My gold is also out a lot in the tank even though I have the large female jack dempsey, my male nicaraguan and my male blackbelt.
 
i really dont want cons because they get crazy when they breed. Any of these can go crazy when they breed. but none are known to be bezerk cons. aren't beserk either.
help me make a list of fish to get?

I'd get 2 of these Thorichthys meeki [firemouth]
0 of these Herichthys carpinte [texas cichlid]
1 of these Heros severus [severum]
0 of these Herotilapia multispinosa [Rainbow Cichlid]
0 Nandopsis octofasciatum [jack dep]
0 Astronotus ocellatus [oscar]
0 unless it is an only fish Cichlia ocellaris [pbass]
1 Aequidens rivulatus [green terror]
1 or 2 Cichlasoma festivum [festivum]
1 Uara amphiacanthoides [Uaru]
1 Cichlasoma facetum [Chameleon cichlid]
2 Archocentrus sajica [T-Bar Cichlid]


then i was thinking some misc fish to mix up the cichlids

1 Pimelodus pictus [pictus cat]
0 they get to big Sorubim lima [Lima shovelnose]
0 Arius jordani [Black Fin Shark]

hey i would get two rd and a buttikoferi in the tank.I would get large rocks and use sand for a subtrate.

Croc is making some good suggestions. I don't know if you bought fish already, but I'll give my 2 cents anyway. The problem with buying two of every species is you may end up with multiple breeding pairs, which is very bad. A pair of texas cichlids would destroy any intruders without discretion. I would be careful with just one. If you want breeding pairs then get a pair that won't impose on the others as much. Say the sajicas or firemouths.

My suggestion for stockin would be one Jack Dempsey, One Green Terror, two sajica, and two firemouths. Add some silver dollars, or tinfoil barbs, or a species of dithers that will get big enough to stay out of mouths, and you'll be good to go:D
