Fish for a 518

Hah here u go I myself and getting a tank like this 8'x4'x2' and will be doing this combo

2 silver arwoanas ( they havent fought for over 6 months and i've had them sence 4" )
1 red oscar
1 red tiger mota ( will be food soon enough )
2 oscell Pbass
1 clown knife
1 16" royal pleco
1 lima
1 channel cat
1 bullhead

They are all under 2'ft mark and in my 360gallon right now and would live fine fullgrown but i'm gona put them in the bigger tank.



If i was u i would do this

1-2 silvers or blacks ( either or )
2 golden sunshine oscars or blood red oscars
1 clown knife
the clown loaches will probably be fine if u put them in first and have all the monsters growout and be friends with the clown loaches ( LOL! ).

You could probably get away with a couple more things.

Skip the Oscars and get some Severums, or Uarus, or Juruparis, or Geo. brasiliensis. All are much more peaceful than Oscars. I have Severums, Jurupari and also Rainbow Cichlids in with a Silver Aro. for well over a year, they are all fine (the Aro was trained early on non-live food and so far ignores the fish). Right now he's trying to get my attention so I have to go thaw some shrimp!
