I bought this fish 2 years ago from a reputable source, I don't wanna blast them on any forum, as a Saggitae the sherbert variety. I'm not mad but I've tried selling him and I e been told that it's not. It's a rad little fish and also I'd like to know the sex. I've vented it a few times and couldn't tell what it is. A little help pls. i received it at 2" and now at 9"

If the source was reputable, I'd trust it.
It's not easy to eye ball an amor and say what it is or isn't.

how did the person know its not a saggitae, did he do a dna test, that's the only way to be 100% sure. personally depending who the reputable source was I would take there word for it.
I'm just saying that people that wer interested in the fish wouldn't believe that it was a saggitae. Then the sale would flop.....that's all. After I told them where I got it, it still would go to ****e.

Numbnuts Numbnuts people are flakes, it happens with all kinds of sales. Just gotta stick to your guns. Plus, if some one gets an idea that the fish your peddling isn't actually the fish. It's hard to change their mind. Lol they need little to no evidence to make their conclusion. But piles and piles of evidence to change their conclusion.

ehh ehh . I just assumed you went ahead and changed the short version to spice things up abit. Lol

Call it what you want. Two things are certain; it's a nice fish, and it's part of the Amph genus.

I know. And it's hard to sell a fish that a lot of people don't know what it is. I bet they see RD, Midas, and/or a mixture that is being pawned off as something else. I'm in no hurry to sell this guy and he's still a rad fish. Can hold his own with my chancho and Dovii tho, thanks guy.
