This is one of the only parts of working at a fish store I hate-working with angry idiot customers. Reminds me of a guy who blew up in my face because I asked him for his receipt when giving him back store credit for a flame angel that he bought. Apparently, he files his receipts and he couldn't be troubled to get it back out to get back $80!! Especially when for him to even be able to return it, he would have had to have filed it in the last 7 or fewer days. He said the manager had ALWAYS done it for him in the past, but I politely told him that A) I was not allowed to do it without the receipt, and B) since he was being so rude, he needed to ask another employee for assistance cause I was done talking to him...
