Fish randomly dying

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
we do not manage fish, they take care off themselves, we manage water.we can manage fish in tank, we can manage decor, we can manage a great deal. but if we do not manage the water rest is a waist of time, just a lesson in futility.

I would get your tank stable and inline before adding any new fish. Again IMHO.

you use prime when you add water after a WC? or some kinda dechlorinator? Do you run CO2 for your plants?

Tank should never show ammonia. not an established tank. using API master fresh water test kit?

no offence Entold, stress coat is crap. Seachem prime or safe all that's needed for water change. dose for size of tank not water replacing.

dose BEFORE! adding the new water.

When I had city water I dosed before and after with prime. It might have been a little over the top but the piece of mind was worth the cost.
