As long as the comments are true it is not store bashing and mentioning the name forewarns others and gives them a chance to verify or refute the comments, if interested in doing so. On the rare acosion that I provide any input, to others, on a LFS I make a point of giving the name to lend credibility to my comments.

I was actually in a petco 10min after they opened and over heard the manager talking to the employees in some sort of meeting about how over 60% of their customers were not satisfied with the store. Lol

This fish shop horror stories are very useful. We need more of them really, I know it drives me crazy when I go into a shop here in LA and it's horrible. Nothing wrong with putting the word out on bad shops as long as it's true.
