so i guess most of you think it's ok to tell your children, its ok to steal a piece of gum as long as you don't steal the whole pack. Breaking the law is breaking the law no matter what state or how absurd we think the law is thats the bottom line.
correct there are channels to go through if you disagree with a law as far as this goes, i'm well aware that AZ does not allow piranha's or freshwater stingrays. It's not that hard to follow as for the price of those rays you could easily get a salt one and house it in a large saltwater tank and be perfectly legal.

comparing stealing to keeping a so-called restricted species is ridiculous. speeding is also against the law. does everybody here feel so passionate about that law as well? the law is the law right? ever jaywalked? thats illegal. seat belt laws, again. why do we need a seat belt law? if someone chooses not to wear a seatbelt, how are they harming society? should it be up to that person to wear a belt or not?

I don't think any comparison should be made. The law is the law. If one wants to brake it, one should be willing to accept the possible consequences. Not do the runner. He performed his actions obviously knowing what the consequences would be, has been caught out, bailed and from the looks of things left his wife to deal with it. What a man.:screwy:

No illegal fish or wildlife is worth the dramas.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz

Haven't most of you said this all before? To some people laws are black and white and they would never break them no matter what, even something as simple as speeding. For other it's apparently grey, leading me to believe you'd break any law you could get away with if you disagreed with it.

Neither faction will change the other's mind

it is nice to see an actual article about this though

I think we've all said what we needed to say.
