That will look nice when done. I'm probably gonna ditch the wolf fish idea. As much as I like the fish, they just don't have the flair to them that I'm looking for.

This is me brainstorming ideas btw...haha. Let me know which you like because I went through the media lounge in a couple forums and dug through about 50 pages of photos and took the best (of what I thought) out of the group.

This is my "fish" tattoo... it is in the process of being a full sleive of ocean animals. I know I keep freshwater as pets, but the ocean facinates me so I am on the way to adding on a hammerhead shark and lionfish. probably a man of war jelly as well...

get what ever YOU want for the tattoo... it has to make you happy!!

just keep in mind that if you want a "whole aquarium" on your side you need to plan ahead, also remember that u may end up sacrificing details... u may want to consider one stunning piece with a LOT of detail vs many small pieces with minimal detail to create the aquarium.

Do you have to pay for the sketches they give you before their work? I would like to get several sketches from different artist in the area and make a decision after that. If it's gonna be a huge fee then I would rather go off of previous work then I suppose.

It depends on the artist, but yes most of them will ask for payment as a deposit for the tattoo.

It can be pretty expensive!!

Yea, like I said I want the majority of attention and detail to be on the fish(s). I like the idea that the original artist had that I posted. He uses water that almost appears to be fog/smoke. The dark/gray colors flow well with the brightness of the fish.
