i dangle earthworms in the water n the silver jump up and bit my index + thumb, it didn't hurt but it did surprise me, but man that tongue is hard n sharp. now i feed it using a stick with worms on the stick

I need foolproof way to do WC's and tank maintenance on my Flowerhorn's tank. t's one of those 30" tall 150 g tanks, any ideas?. He nails me pretty bad, blood everywhere and skin hanging of my hand. My Oscars bite sometimes but it doesn't hurt. My FH bites and it feels like hornet stings with those teeth of his. It's to the point now I have to hold him over to one side with a huge net to syphon the bottom of his tank. Anyone else have any ideas?

The RB Pacu I used to have, almost had my finger in his mouth, good thing he just poked knuckle of my hand. I have been bitten by my Red Wolf fish, Tire Track Eel, Bluegill, and a GSP and getting bit by a puffer hurts like hell!!!
