Fish the LFS can't get rid of

My LFS had some skunk loaches he had for like a year and knowone was buying them so one day I did. 5 for 25$(+tax). THen I go to Pet Smar tand they have them for 2.99$ each!!!!!!!! WOW how bad is that.

Pet smart has one of those Chinese Hi Fin things for like 50$ that has been their forever.

my petsmart has like 8 chinese highfin sharks or whatever. $80 bucks each. considering most people that go to petsmart for fish are morons (i said most, not all), those fish are either going to be there forever, or for a month tops.
 
mine has had a awesome tigrinis for 250 - 300 for at least a year high prices must be moving people away, they also had 2 huge pacus maybe 14 inches in a 75 gallon with 4 or 5 lima's i think the pacu's ended up dying there
 
My LFS passes around fish they don't sell.
I have seen returned fish stay for many months.
They have a pale 6" front they have had for several months.
I would buy it for $25 bucks but it looks faded /unhealthy.:(

I see huge pacus all the time.Dirt Cheap.

This RTC lived at the store for a good year I know of...
It is not longer there.

They got this knife in the shipment !
Lady said they never had one before.
She also said they don't usually get large fish like this one.

My petsmart doesn't have any big tanks and doesn't take any fish in.
 
at work weve had a pair of parrot fish since we opened in july, i try to sell them, but no one looks twice at them.
 
18-20" green moray.

If I had a spare 480+ gallon tank laying around it would be mine.
 
i see a lot of plecos over 10" at places. one LFS near me made the mistake of getting like 7 or 8 large green terrors that have been there for months. another one has fully grown oscars they can't get rid of.
 
My LFS is full of dozens of 12" long oscars from idiots buying them from walmart not realizing how big they get.

They've had a 8" Motoro Ray in there for a few months now and every time I go in it has managed to flip onto it's face :p
 
at mine LFS they carry clown knifes around 16'-18" for 40 bucks. they have them in a 70g i believe but for sure not in a 100g.
