my local pet store has a pacu that they have had for 27 years! lol he said hell give it to me for free but its like 28 inches long and my tank is to small, oh by the way hes been kept in a standard 150 for his whole life

the pet store by my house had a large Tiger Oscar on sale there for about a year, until I finally got a tank big enough to keep it. Kong, as I named himed, lives in my basement.

LOL Kong... Tigers are usually hard for the LFS to get rid of unless they're really small.

my lfs had a 2.5' silver aro for a couple years
i remember that some guy was trying to get them to order a asian aro for him but they wouldnt do it he kept asking but they just kept showing him the silver and telling him that they were not gonna get him an asian, good for them, if they wated to they could have gotten him an asian and made alot of money but they did the right thing

my lfs has a 3+ foot albino id shark that has been there so long it is not for sale anymore..... i think it is 35 years old.

Here in diego there's a LFS that has a lung fish, two redtail cats, and the biggest snowflake eel ive ever ran across. its at least been 8 mths

my lfs has a 25 inch sun catfish priced at £40 = $80 they cant get rid of its been there 6+ months now, i might get it!

one near me in savannah ga Exotic Underworlds(nice store and employees by the way) had a beautiful 12" + clown knife for a few months...i havent been back in ab 2 so i dunno if its still there or not, ill be goin there this week and ill check up on my buddy
