For all the folks that have pleco's that they hardly see. I have a 16.5" pleco...and I see him ALL THE TIME!!! It's pretty hard for a 16.5" pleco to hide! Kinda like the "800lb. Gorilla" in the room!

I noticed black kuhli loaches hide all the time while striped ones are usually out and about.

My kuhlis was hiders but I see them at least once a day so I wouldn't say they was pointless to keep

I have a spotted Raphael catfish I never see. I know he is alive cause I see him when I move his driftwood but other than that he is never out when I am around.

I got a bumble bee cat hes always hiding during the day but when i turn my lights out he shoots out of his hiding space and goes crazy looking for food. Hes acually my favorite fish

I love the look of jaguar and Raphael cats but they are notorious hermits...I had a raph once that hid away soo much I'd forgotten that I had it in the tank.One day when I was doing a little redecorating in the tank,I moved a piece of wood and the raph's corpse came drifting out.
