fish you hardly see

I have a little Clown pleco (Panaqolus maccus) I see a couple of times a year. I've had this fish for about 5 years now at least and forget I even have it. I shows up a few times a year and I'm thinking "oh it's still alive cool" then I forget about it again.

first few weeks any eel i've owned hides.. but now i see them daily. our 18"aba aba knife still plays "where's waldo" with us on occasion particularly if he's not in his usual spot.

Glass Catfish (how can you see them if they are see-through, right? :p), BGKF, Zig Zag Eel (although he is starting to come out more now) and ElephantNose Fish (I don't know how I can't always see this fish - but he seems to hide in the weirdest of places LOL). I think that's it.

Got 4 striped raphaels, might rarely catch one eating sinking pellets. Usually only see them when I move their logs and they come "waddling" out.

Tell that to my six Kuhli loaches. Have them for three months and still not see them.
do you have anyone else in there that might be giving them a hard time? mine are with cories and hatchet fish. they have a favorite chunk of wood to hide under, but that's not too often. they like to swim loopdy loops in the corners.

I noticed black kuhli loaches hide all the time while striped ones are usually out and about.
I have 5 black and one striped.the black ones are the most active, the striped one is out about as often the blacks, but is lazier. it likes to sit in plants.

An albino and black bristlenose pleco. I have them in there for algae control anyways. I used to be a big pleco fan but can't see paying money for a fish you never see. Thats why I went with haps and peacocks. They rarely ever hide.

I just managed to remove my Irwini catfish aka GIANT Raphael catfish. Imagine a Raphael covered in spikes that can get 30" long.

he's been hiding inside a hollowed out ornament for a few months and I was starting to get worried so I had to remove him and block the entrance to the ornament. hopefully now he will begin feeding normally again.

here he is last time I saw him (a few months ago, he's grown a little)

Notoriously slow growers once they break the 6" mark
