most people think there very delicate but i must disagree they can take more than people give them credit for

well so far it looks like mine is going to make it, his appetite is a little less but hes still being a pig and stealing from my female so thats a good sign, what scared me is that it went through him haha

Wow bro. I just posted almost the same thread on another forum. Some weeks ago my Motoro also spitted out (I guess) a hook. And I had her for almost 6 months now, eating well and everything then the incident happened. Looks like it's common for WC stingrays to spit out hooks.
But mines still doesn't eat much yet... here's the hook:
