Not sure about the t8 fixture, there are various types of uvb bulbs though. Post your setup/and ask about it in the reptile section, lots of turtle experts there.
Im just going to take the turtle back,soon as i get a chance to go fishing which will be probaly Thursday.
dont put it back in a lake find someone responsible to take care of it anyways if it is cold up there the turtle would naturally be hibernating and would die from shock and the cold if just dumped out there.
I was out and about today and got the itch.So i went to my favorite early season spot but with a snow storm last week and with todays high only being 43 it had frozen over again.So i went to dicks sporting goods and brought some things.Left there then we went to "Chuckie Cheese" only cuz my nephew told me they had this cool bass fish game.We went in ordered something to eat and some tokens.The game was made by sega.It was very nice,WAY better then then this bs "rapala" fishing game i got for ps3.the spinner bait action was CRAZY.To get back to reality that wasnt satisfying my "itch" ,its a lake behind dicks and chuckie chesse.i walked back there and seen it wasnt frozen.i hoped rite in the car and went around to the back of the buildings.I wasnt worried about catching nothing,oh but i tried too.it felt very good being out there.Unfortunatly i didnt catch anything,but its cool i know my time is coming.
