Nice Oscar!
Love troutfishing,to bad they aren't found within 150miles of my home.

Going to fish for pike on friday and saturday
this wil be my last chances of landing another pike before springbreak, which starts on april the 1st and ends on the 28st of may.
just fished two times since the start of 2011

ya i am lucky i have atleast 20 awesome trout lakes within 30 mins of my house.
those are rainbows in the pics from one of the lakes but we are really known for our trophy cutthroat lakes. biggest cutthroats around!

probably less than 10lbs bro...i catch that size alot and it should be around 2-3 lbs....10 lbs would be one like 38+" long and 5+" diameter girth...still a nice catch though :)

You are probably right, however, this fish was at least 36" long and was definitely 5# or up. I couldnt even come close to wrapping my hand around it. I kicked myself for not weighing them but did not have my scale with me as I tried this spot last minute on a whim and only had the pole. So I am in no position to argue weight but I do know for a fact that this thing was over 5. This fish was heavy. The angles in the pic stink but keep in mind that my fingers are close to an inch wide. My other thread has better angles to judge size.

Regardless, I am sure you will vouch, these things put up an epic fight.
