Just my local shorline spots I been fishing for years ! I used to use live search to find new places to fish, now I use google maps.
Fish landed-2
First stop of the day is what I like to call "the church St spot". Its a small pond(pic) that is just minutes from my job. I never catch nothing big but since it was rainning/snowing I said wat the heck. The spinny was able to call one out of a brush pile within the hour I was there !
Later on in the day I got a little bored so I jumped over to "CNJ" for one quick walk around with the spinny. Temp was dropping but I managed to get one before dark.
Nothing to brag about but it beats a skunk !!

Went out looking for some bass and crappie ended up finding what I thought to be catfish but ended up being some carp and suckers. Landed 3 carp and 4 suckers.
1st carp next to the rod I got him on 4lb test
2nd carp next to my foot I wear a 10
and a sucker
4/1 gf went to practice and I went to pond. Found a few bass they are fianlly moving on to cover in the shallows
. Landed 6 lost the biggest I it up on the bank it flopped around and got away before I could check it out.
1st was around 8 in on a small spinner
2nd was around 8 in also on the spinner I thought it was the same fish
3rd was little smaller around 6 in on the spinner
4th didn't even know he was on till I saw it lol
5th was about 10 in got it on a mepps
6th was about 12 in on the mepps again
and I got a new fishing shirt

My pikefishing Season is over,due to a law that makes fishing for perch,zander and pike illegal in the months of april and may.
the fish are breeding right now,the law makes sure we do not disturb them.
For the upcoming months I am going the fish for Roach,Bream and Carp.
I really wish we had LMB in Holland!
I could secretly introduce some in ponds near my home

Yeah alot of our water around here is closed by law also. It's due to the trout stocking, all water will be back open on the 22nd
went out 4-2-11 and caught about 20 fish
about 8 - 10 bass biggest being about 17 or 18 inches 2 of those
3 crappie biggest at alomst 14 inches and really fat
10 bluegill from 8 to 10 inches biggest being alittle over 10
the ones in the pic arent the biggest except for the crappie

nice crappie man, wish they made them that big up here. 12" is a monster in my parts. 14" would be amazing
