yes sir that is y mojo bass rods are my favorite
My mojo's sitting in my room broke didnt last but 5 months. Still havnt decieded if I want to send it back and get another. St. Croix rods have one problem, They are known for breaking. If I could have every rod I need Gloomis I would. But I cant.

As with anything Braid has its Problems. All my pier rods are spooled with Mono good ole Stren. Mono allows for some stretch which you need when a steelhead hits a sit rod with bait. Also alot of times I am fishing bobbers and they slid and work better on mono. Mono is cheap and easy to replace.

Yeah that's the new suffix, ill probaly try it out sometime this season, I hope they have it in stores near by. The original suffix is top notch tho!!!

A fishing buddyof mine used to have a problem with knots and PP until I showed him the knots that worked well on normal line didn't work well with Braid. Because some of the hooks he uses have a small gap near the eye that allows the knot to slip through. Other than that PP is still the way too go.

I like the link that was posted about Suxit eeeeeh I mean Suffix because what it says and how it says it: Customer Reviews: Useing | Define Useing at Dictionary.com No results found for useing. First off the first dude that wrote a review can't spell. The second dude is thinking of food, "Best Braised Line Ever" wtf is Braised Line? I think this guy is thinking he's in a cooking class. Braid Top Sellers: Power Pro mentioned twice.

NEW Sufix 832 Advanced Superline Braid Fishing Line - 150 Yards $19.99,
cost $7.04 more than Power Pro and all you get for your seven bucks is better knots. sheesh learn to tie better knots:nilly:

CF, how are you liking the Veritas? I have three of the Vendetta's and I am looking to add 2 more rods. I've held the Veritas and Vendetta in my hands at the same time, and I could not tell any difference in weight between the two nor sensitivity by running the tips over the floor. Once I get the chance to hold all three, the Vendetta, Veritas and Verdict, I'll make my decision then, but would like to hear your thoughts on the Veritas.

I havent been able to feel the rode under load but I love it. I set out to buy a Skeet Reese pole but after I reading the reviews on it I decided against it. So I started looking at other "good looking" poles and came across the Veritas. I had to have it, I also plan on getting a Vendetta !

I hear you on that. The Skeet Reese rods felt almost like a flimsy wet noodle to me. Too much of a whipy action, they felt like a Ugly Stick in my hand. Now I have a Ugly Stick and had some good success fishing with them, but I was looking for a different type of action/performance from a new rod.

After fishing this past season with my Vendettas, I can say that I have not one bad word to say about them. I have two MH's and one M action rod and they have served me very well in every type of presentation. I fish alot of buzzbaits, spinners, cranks and soft plastics. I'm able to feel what the lure is doing and what it comes in contact with. Also if I am fishing around alot of grass, the Vendettas has the backbone to horse the fish out of all that mess.

Most of the reviews for Skeet Reese said that they were good rods but out of the 8 reviews I read 5 said the rod straight up BROKE. A hundred dollar pole and it breaks, na im good ! I still have Ugly Sticks for my old spinning combos too but im mostly baitcaster now. I saw these Shimano rods that look good also.

Ps- I cant wait for the ice to melt !!!
