FISHING SEASON 2K11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know i know. he didnt pull the rod hard or anything, i told her to go ahead and get it (we normally take turns) cause i was tried of getting little ones and this one seemed dinky. She set the hook and reeled him in but didnt fight hard until she got it to the pier. He sat on the bottom and wouldnt come up. every time she got a few inches he'd take drag and hit the bottom again. after about doing this 100 times she finally got him up and i chit my pants. i was proud of her, she never let up and kept him from scraping the line on the pier.

believe me she rubbed it in my face, i reminded her that i had a 38lber back in april but i let her have it. after all i have been fishing for this fish all year.
 
Haha I won't even try to give you a hard time about that dreams. That's definitely a nice catch. She should definitely be happy with that rascal.
 
she was estatic, what i enjoyed most was her wanting to show it off and send the picture to everyone. ive been trying to get her excited like that about fishing for a long time. This is her first fish picture ever, shes the girly wont bait her own hook, wont take the fish off the hook kind of girl. which is okay with me. She does enjoying helping me catch bait though and shes good at it.
 
Autumn is the best time to fish for pike in Holland.
Weed is dying,and pike are starting to feed aggresively,bulking for the winter.
Went today for about 1.5hours,banged 3 : 30,18 and 21inch.
Rented a boat for a boattrip on sunday.

Its good to see everyone doing their thing, as for me I havent been doing to much but I banged one yesterday and im going to get my last night fishing trip in tomorrow night.......
