FISHING SEASON 2K11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

commuting, its an hour drive each way but im there from 9:30am till 8:30pm tuesday and 9:30 till 5 thursday. work mon/fri/sat nights. and with my girl wed and sunday. So unless i convince her to go, i need to either request a day off or luck out and get a morning shift nobody wanted. its rough man, 2 years though and ill be able to fish whenever. next semester will hopefully be better.
 
Fishing forum is dead. Depressing. A correction on my last fish post, fish was 14lbs 11 oz ;) not 14.11 lbs
 
Well, the fall bite is in full swing here. Went out in the rain today and pulled up a whole bunch of Perch where I normally catch then in the fall every year, which is the sign for me that it's on! The only thing that sucks is that school started, so I'm going to be fishing a lot less since I started High School. I'm trying to get some days in at this one pond where they're going to be holding a tournament which is next saturday.
 
geez bummer. we are starting to get some of that rain but doubtful even a fraction as much as you.

new ming yang cl70a came in yesterday, glowstik and powerpro should be here tomorrow. if the rain stops, going to get after it this weekend. been on a real nice streak with a couple reports of 30 plus pounders coming in. fall is coming quick.
 
went out for bait today and had a blast. Lots of giant suckers along with some bait sized ones. Managed a good mess of bluegill and sunfish too. Never catted this little creek and had a pole out while i bait fished and almost lost my pole. Caught 2 channels, one being close to 2 pounds and the other closer to 3, probably. Great eating size but tossed em back. Getting out to hunt some flatties tomorrow night.
 
not even a bite last night. had some nice lively suckers as bait. weather cooled down a lot, don't know if that hurt me. figured the rain would help though.
