No but its actually a kayak cut in half so as its taking the bait out (pointing away from the fisherman) the angler can slide the bait off the back of the kayak once its out far enough. Really cool to watch. I will have to get video of it next time Im out.

lil late christmas but stoked.. got my new BPS extreme 7:1:1 on a 7' MH rod, 4 new Booyah spinnerbaits, 2 spools of P-Line Fluoro and $125 of bass pro gift cards... I'm ready bass, are you?
Nice, I didnt get any fishing gear for Christmas. I did get some fish EATING related stuff including a nice vaccum sealer so I can load up my new chest freezer. A really cool fish cleaning station and a propane burner for boiling (crab boils), frying (fish frys with hush puppies and fresh shrimp) and just a burner so I can finally blacken my own fish/shrimp with out having to borrow my buddies burner.

I would say that Im ok at fishing. Too bad there is no prize for some one that can eat them good cause damn Im a pro!!

Fish landed-1
The dog and I went out to Olympia lakes today. When I pulled up there was five cars so I knew somebody would be on my spot. Sure enough the polish dudes were out there with their minnows. Seen as i walked up I seen a sringer with a nice 2 and half pound bass and a nice 14"er. It was still slow tho cause Ionly seen four YP landed and one small bass. I only had one bite but it was one of the biggest YP i ever caught !
Live bait(bobbers ever where) beat out my "jiggy jig"today but I still enjoyed it !

I hit up the pier today to check on the water conditions as I was debating on hitting the beach this PM for pomps. The water was like chocolate milk so no go on that. Luckily my buddy showed up and said they had a mako on the end so we hopped in the golf kart to avoid making the quarter mile walk to the end to check it out.
Makos are probably my favorite fish, they are just stunningly beautiful. Like a Lamborghini with fins! Damn near as fast too. A fish Ive always wanted to catch. This fish was harvested instead of released like most of the sharks they catch because of how good they are on the table. Enjoy the pics.
