It's getting pretty slow in jersey even T told me, so I know I'm not the only one.

Yeah, the middle of summer is always slow, even up north here. Water level is really falling in the river. Could use a good rain.

I can't get out because it is raining everyday here in the middle of summer in Florida -_-haven't fished for 2 weeks

Caught this 26" flounder off Cape May NJ yesterday. Fished all day with just this one keeper. Caught a ton of shorts, bluefish, sea bass, skates, and sea robins. Besides that conditions were lake like sky was cloudy but there was little to no wind making our drifts impossible without having the boat in gear. Made it out 11 miles in our 17ft mako center console.

nice flattie for sure!

I finally fixed my kayak and got to fish Friday. The bite was HOT but a storm blew up chasing me back to the beach after just an hour or so of fishing. In that time I caught two kings, a small shark that almost bit me, another small dolphin, a cobia and several runs while bottom fishing that I couldnt slow down.

I just got a GoPro, but no editing software yet. Here is a vid of the mahi and of the shark, ignore my rambling and staring into the camera trying to figure out if it was on.

Mahi - only one good jump at about thirty seconds, that is until she jumps in my kayak
