2000+ replies and 65000+ views... i'd say we've had a pretty good fishing season guys. 3 more days 
Ive caught a dozen nice bass in FL so far with the biggest at 5. Hoping next 2 days produces bigger fish.

I haven't been able to get the lake in months, they drained most of it then weeds grew neck high all around it for about 100 yards.
6 crappies tonight...I accidently killed a little guy. Oh well he was delicious!

It's has been a pretty good fishing season for me to,adding a fishing boat to my arsenal really boosted the numbers of pikes I caught.
I caught a career high total of exactly 50 legal sized pikes biggest at 38inch,19 legal sized zanders biggest at 29inch and a lot of perch with the biggest at 13inch.
My previous record goes back to 2009 with 45pikes and 11zanders,but that was a season I fished almost every day.
I have kept track of everything I caught with all circumstances included and an average fishing session(2-5hours) by boat would result in:
2.8 pikes, 0.9 zander and 2.6 perch per session(noted that all perches where caught in late spring and early summer) .
The only thing I disliked about this season is the fact that I didn't catch a single 1meter(40inch) + pike, I missed two for sure and my buddy's missed at least 3 but he is sure another one he missed also easily would have made the mark.
But then again,it's the one that you didn't caught that makes you wanna head out again to see of you can get another shot.
I still have some pictures that I would like to share but I am currently at family,will upload to pics as soon as i'm back home.
