daaaaaaaamn son thats some good eats you straight slayed em!

are you really allowed to keep 16 of those? im fairly certain the limit is 5 and I can't help but think that is a tremendous waste...

probably went with multiple people

on a happier note i've been doing some research and have found a popular flathead fishing spot that's only about 30 minutes from me that has given up fish in the 40-50lb class with good numbers of keeper size in the mix.... hoping to head out that way and hook in to some when I get back from the beach!

I would really like to see you hook into a hoss. I told you there were good flathead waters around you according to my catfish1. You'll never be satisfied with channels again.

haha i believe it, i'm hoping that I can hook in to one, i've never caught one so i'd be thrilled with a 2-3lber! if i'm able to find success I will most likely pick up a 2nd 6500c3.. I've read through most of y'alls posts regarding things to look for, i'm assuming my best bet will be to try to target fish structures and obvious deeper holes? kinda wishing my beach trip would be a few days later and i'd have time to go give this a shot...

U can keep 5 a person but I was fishing with 3 other guys we got 32 steelheads for all day on the shore and kept 20 total. Everyone only wanted 1 or 2 so I took the rest. I freeze them and bring them down to Alabama ever year in July.
