Went fishing this easter weekend ... it was a foggy morning very foggy until 10am could barely see. When the sun finally decided to show it picked up for a lil bit but slowed again. Caught. 3 bass 12-20in. Pops caught some huge crappies though 12-18in. Biggest crappie 2.9lbs biggest crappie this year. Well he had fun...lol. Gotta Love fishing.

So far for Kayak Wars Ive caught:

4 sharks over 48"
1 Red Fish
9 Red Snapper
32 Flounder
1 bonita

For a total of 47 fish since Feb 1st. This isnt counting the dozens of red snapper under 25", several sharks under 48" and dozens of flounder under 14" all of which are not loadable for Kayak Wars. Well red snapper only have to be 18" but as a team we only load them over 25" for "trophy points".

Ive also caught many many whiting, red fish, a few small sharks, a few blue fish and several nice pomps surf fishing. As well as plenty of sheeps head from the local piers. Off to a good start so far this year! The cobia are running well right now and a couple of days ago we saw the first black fin tuna of the year!!
