Thanks if this qeather wasnt so terrible id go get more today. Might still be able to squeeze some fishing in through the rain. I saw a pair of spawning redbreast sunfish at their bed yesterday at the bashakill and tried to catch them for you but they wouldnt bite anything and they were to fast for my net

They cannot charge you for that as they must provide the evidence that you did illegal or not. I know few cases where the game warden lost so badly in the court where they cannot provide the evidence or don't witness the incident.

I'll have to look that up. If you know what section it is that would be great but I'll look through it as I have not seen that anywhere. On page 76 it clearly states may 12013- the last Sunday I February with no mention of anywhere being open year round.

Got out yesterday after the storms and got a few. That bullhead is 5" shot just behind the head.
