Nice macks but man, I cant stand eating them! You eat all those and youll be able to tell the temp by just stepping outside with as much mercury that is present in those guys!

I like em pretty good marinated and grilled will eat em over the course of a good long while as to not turn in to a human thermometer haha

Yall need to head a few hours east during next red snapper season. I run kayak charters and if you think those bull reds are fun, wait until you hang into a 10-15lb snapper from a kayak!!!

In all caught 5 reds, the snook, two sharks, half dozen keeper red snapper and way too many puffers.

Keeper red snapper alongside snook (assuming you are meaning in the same trip). May I ask where this is?! Red snapper are generally found in water over 50ft deep, not the case with snook!

Same trip. Just off the shoreline in Pinellas for the reds and snook, little further out for the snapper.

My bad. Not "red" snapper just red mangrove snapper. We were not anywhere near far enough out for reds. But the mangrove was tasty as well. Here's to the next fishing day.

I was about to be shocked! Red snapper and snook in the same day is a hell of a day! However, Id take five big mangroves over two big red snapper ANY day on the dinner the plate!
