Finally hit page number 100. I will probably take my last trip out tomorrow. I am going to hit the hot water discharge from the power plant with a bucket of chubs. Hoping to catch a big flathead and some channels worth taking pictures of. Been a slow year with school and work. I graduate in December and then its game on for 2014!!!!
caught weakfish every cast for 2 hours yesterday, probably boated 200 of em between my friend and me. shame the creel limit is 1/person. did manage a couple nice little specks between all the chaos

Not exactly fishing but related. Went out and hit the thrift stores last couple of days and hit it big. Cumings landing net, 5' ;ight action Ugly Stik with a spincast reel perfect for bait fishing, a Plano tackle box, 6' cast net and a 100 quart Igloo cooler for under $25. More toys to play with on the water.
Dads got big fish last night. 14.88 lb flathead and I got an 11lb channel. Many more but didn't weigh any.
That's probably a wrap on my 2013 season. Sadly, we only managed 2 channels over 10 pounds this year and 4 flat heads over 10 including dads 36lber. Thankfully I am done school and can worry about fishing some more next year.

headed offshore thursday got a nice 17lb king on light tackle and a roscoe jig, the next drop caught the biggest false albacore i've ever seen weighin in at 20lbs. absolute football 32" fork length. got some monster black bass as well
