the only local trout fishing that can be done locally around home is in a creek that is blocked off to the public since it's "not navigable", so sad the DNR stock the creek but only landowners can fish it....

Got the carpet down on the main floor. I way under estimated on the glue so I couldn't carpet the casting decks and live wells

Tried a few different spots yesterday, first one was empty even though it was stocked Monday but the second one we pulled 3 trout each put of!

I got 3, 12 in. 1 lb Rainbow Trout

Went out today to the Ramapo River for a couple hours. Only managed to get one 12 inch rainbow on a phoebe. Still a nice fish though.

Pickerel or tiger Muskie I found it dead floating tonight with two spinners and two rubber worms in its throat. I hear there is Muskie in the lake but never caught one. Lots of pickerel though

Found a new spot today with some nice bass and huge bullseye snakeheads.

This is the smaller of the ones I seen and he is missing his left eye. Was 26" long

This was first cast with a crankbait after losing all my frogs. (Guessing 3.5-4lbs)

Also caught 4 other bass on frogs 1-2lbs this afternoon
