Yes, some members do WCs every two weeks.

The important thing is not the frequency, it is the bio-load vs volume of water.

You have a 112 gal tank but you only keep it half full, so you have 2 oscars and 3 other cichlids in 60 gallons of water, chances are you will have nitrate problems.

cons are sitting in my 5 gallon w/c pale with an internal filter running ( its seeded so the bacteria is good still ) tell i get to the petstore in the next couple days.
