Saw this in a magazine, anyone have one?

Nope but I've caught quite a few over the years. I took these pics over the summer.

Only the juveniles like this one have blue tails. As they age they loose it.

Here's a gravid female I found.

Males have reddish coloring on their head and usually loose their stripes.

I find them all the time but had no idea any skinks in PA. I actually find them in pond on frogbit or floating leaves than remove them by dirt area.

They are neat as young but IMO the adults are ugly .
