Floating???????

I got two Tikinsos On Thursday night. They were wicked nice and big but on Friday one died. When i acclimate them into the tank they were active. One hour out of the bag they were eating already. Friday mourning one died and now one is floating on the top. Can you tell me how to save this one he doesnt look well.

No I mean the parameters. Temp, PH, etc.

the tank is all set they were in with some bichirs they were one of the biggest ones the water is normal nothing out of the ordinary i just dont know what went wrong

an abrupt change in water temperature will make a poly float. how did you acclimate them?

oh and if they're wild caught, you always want to quarantine, or at least treat the tank with parasite clear.

put the bag in the tank let it set in for 15 minutes and then add a cup of water every 5 minutes for 15 minutes and then let it in the tank
