Flood Proof and 100% Silent HOB Overflow

I had to modify the sump by drilling the lid for two more pipes. The pipe work makes it hard to get into the sump but there isn't much need for it anyway since I have the prefilter. I might add unions to the pipes in the future.

What do you cut your acrylic with. The end pieces look like they could be a little tricky to cut out.
I rough cut them with a table saw and finished the inside cut with a band saw. You could do it by hand using a coping saw.

Thanks. I designed it for a 600 gph rating but it will handle a peak flow of 1800 gph.
