You can build it just like I did. If you are going to use a larger pump later or two of what you already have, use two one inch pipes with gate valves for your main flow, a single one inch pipe for your secondary overflow, and one more about a half inch taller for the emergency overflow.JOHNJONBRAZ;3975988; said:I´m thinking about using a bomb (pump)between 3.000 and 4.000 liters hour (793 to 1057 gph). The fall is between 70 and 75 inches.

The clear disk is held up by three feet that are first glued to the disk and then to the pipe. That hole in the disk is where the airline goes. Nothing is inside the pipe except for the airline (the feet for the disk are glued to the end of the pipe).

How deep does the air line tubing have to be in the pipe? Wouldn't water just suck into the pipe and shoot straight up?
I'm having a gurggle issue with my current pipe stand pipes in my in tank overflow. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4924454&posted=1#post4924454
