Faster than that. They fall prey to everything because they are long and slender. In open water they are a huge power house and amazing predator. In a fish tank, they have a hard time making it. They really do need a large pool/lagoon, they just don't do well in boxes. Triggers groupers and even sharks have easier times moving around in a tank, They need almost 4x their body length for width to move easily.
