I'm almost done for the year! 15 more and that's it. I'd have established my own personal record of 77 for a season. After that I'll just be going for 22 inch fish or more.
Most of the keepers are given away for free and a few make it to my tanks. The joy of tracking them and catching them is priceless
There's thousands of 3 - 5 inch fries swimming in our lake growing to take the place many times over the ones that were unfortunate enough to catch my lures.

It appears that the PB shows better coloring in the Summertime. I've noticed that most of the ones I've been catching lately have the dark colored Dorsals and their body coloring are brighter and the stripes of the females are more defined
