Man I caught 2 this weekend . It was the highlight of my Saturday. I was using shiners and they slammed hard bro. i have a crappy phone pic i might upload. once i get my QT freed up I'm gonna bring one home.they were around 8". Ever catch Midas or jags

I'm bringing a camera, anyone recommend lures.
 
this is a little guy i caught in the local canal. any ideas on what species??? Caught on topwater Heddon Zara Puppy (Zara Spook)
