I bought some sort of loach (can't remember the name), disappeared. And last night my girlfriend wanted me to take her small tiger oscar (well 2 inches) because it was attempting to eat her new stock. And it was in a 45 gallon. Well it didn't seem to be handling my water very well. When i got off work at about 3 there was shards of oscar skeleton in my tank. Right now he is with 2 angels some bottom dwellers and a 4 inch oscar. None of them even acknowledge my turtle. Nor he them.
All in all i think my turtle doesn't like new fish on his turf. I am assuming he is the one making all of my fish disappear. Because none of the other fish are big enough to make fish vanish over night!!
Any thoughts guys?
While you're assuming I am suring it is the turt who has been festing on that fish.

Softeshells are agressive and carnivorous, so if you dont give a damn about your fish, just leave them in the same tank with turt.
Wait for the picts buddy...

What is next? Like cows eating grass and lions eating wilderbeast
Now serious, your turtle seems to be a fish eating afishionado but you shouldnt give it the chance to repeat by keeping it alone. Besides losing the fish itself in my experience softshell turtles are prone to have trobble digesting a woule fish, they tend to get too greedy and can even die from that, feeder fish only small mosquito fish or guppy raised by yourself and gutloaded. It isnt also healty for your turt to eat pet shop fish
