I've heard these claims about flouride in the past and I would like to see a study comparing the health of people who drink well water(no flouride) to those who drink city water with flouride added.

Here's a place to start then, it gives you some info as well as some things that are mentioned in the video that you can then further look into for yourself if you choose to do so.
I'm not one that says "it's a government conspiracy" - I just think that it's something that people once thought was a good idea at the time, but are now either:
They're to freaked out about things and have to have everything super clean and safe - as in WAY to overprotective and overbearing over little matters; like the parents that take their kids to hospitals because of a cold, flu, or the such - i.e. non-threatening conditions - and then the doctors prescribe antibiotics (because hey, if they don't, then it'll appear that the doctors aren't doing anyting to cure this and the parents will get all uppity about it to them as well as to everyone and anyone else that will listen... so this leads to doctors over-prescribing antibiotics for things that the human immune system would do anyways without them, or that they could get something over the counter that'll work just as well). Hey, got a cold, take some penicillin. Sniffles, take some azithromycin - that not working, got your levaquin. It's this way of thinking that's turning most of the country into closeted mysophobic and agoraphobic people without them realizing it because they try to rationalize it off as "just being safe."
Or that they either don't know enough and/or don't care about it - as in it never dons on them to think about it, because "hey, this is supposed to be good for you, right."
So do I think flouride should be in tap water, no - because not only is it in toothpastes (which warns against swallowing it - BECAUSE it contains flouride), but it's also in mouthwashes and perscription rinses as well.
