Flower color darkening

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The dark color has now spread to the gillplate. And now more noticeable on his sides where the red is.

I think he’s just starting to show his trimac a lot more. Which you can tell a lot of his face is trimac. Not a bad thing, unless you want it to not be there ig.

Well . Your flowerhorn is part trimac. And very clearly shows It especially on his front half. I think the darkening is just him maturing. And the trims in him is just darkening up a bit.
Ohhhh. That makes more sense lol. So this would be a small start to him looking more trimac like? Not only in color but behavior?sorry if I take a while to understand something or anything like that lol I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed

It’s ok! Yes that’s what I mean. He’s just maturing and his trimac is showing more.

Rtc/tsn Rtc/tsn nothing is wrong. Just change in coloration. Your fish is not fading. Nuchal hump is taking shape. He’s looking better by the day. You are doing a good job.
