Flower horn is dying...NEED HELP!PLEASE!

Hey guys I had this flower horn for a while now and its been sick it barley eats and it poops white strands and its looks really really stressed and her stomach looks really blown up...i need help guys...please...now shes floating on the surface on her side...idk what to do...:cry:
 
i added salt, melafix for her mouth and a big cut on her back, and i put up the temp....now what....thx KMKN.:nilly:
 
I would search the forums I'm pretty sure i seen this same symptoms before
 
guys me to facing a problem same like this but with less symptoms.
I got my flowerhorn from my friend and from the 1st day he is pooping white stringy :(.I tried to feed him but no result he is not feeding. and seems to be sad sitting on one end of the tank. I called my friend and he said his other Flowerhorn which was in the same tank partitions facing the same problem.Oh and he hasn't changed the water for say a month and feeding them only
Ruby red and shrimps. I got metriozydle(wrong spell) but dont know how to feed him as he is not accepting food.
is there any way to fed him forcefully.

P.S his stomach is not swollen .as he is a fader so his stomach having some blackness. tail fins too.
