Flower horn is dying...NEED HELP!PLEASE!

Help guys he is still not accepting food.
I have to force feed him.
though he seems to be recovering.
as the body coloration is changing the black markings are fadding.
Though he still stays hidden in his cave.lurk from there.

Alright guys , today i saw a small part of a white poo having some red scars on it not sure whether it was blood or the traces of pellets what i am feeding him.
I think its the food cos i was changing the water of that tank and while refilling it i saw it i water currented it but the coloration remains the same i mean if it was blood it will definetly change some of its color but i did nothing.

while the fish behaving the same with hidden most of the time.
today i crushed a 400mg tab of metrodizole into the water and also
force feed him.today i think i feed him into the mouth as today the pipe got a deep into the stomach.
and no trace of food came out.
